Bitcoin a bond that united Australia, California and Píntag Amaru

As I have told you in previous posts our small farming community decided to become the first bitcoin community in Ecuador. 

We found in bitcoin possibilities that are denied to us by poverty, marginalization and politicians in our country. We have started by building a classroom to educate ourselves in English and computers above all. We believe that we can improve the future of our children and families if we become better educated.

This has several challenges, at the beginning we do not have constant electric energy, that is to say the energy is lost 2 or 3 times a day, and if it rains we lose the time that the rain lasts. We live at the foot of the Andes Mountains at an altitude of 3000 meters, and rain is very frequent in our area.

But we have plenty of water, sun and wind and we will find a form of clean energy to have stable energy. The problem is posed and we found in Mr. Ryan Dinse @Konfidinse the help we needed, Ryan expert in bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, in conjunction with the company Ember Fund https://www.emberfund.io/ based in California, helped us by designing a system for raising funds directly to our community through the bitcoin lightning network. 

All sats raised will initially be used to provide power to the community.

With stable power we can install computers and internet. And we will improve the education of children and adults. Of course it is not just any education, a fundamental part of this project is to train our community in everything related to the management of Bitcoin as a payment system and asset value reserve. Finally and with Ryan's support we will set up a lightning node (it would be the first one in Ecuador at this moment).

This will allow us to work directly with the bitcoiner community, and we are already running inbound tourism with bitcoin as a means of payment.

Our community loves the joint effort, we build with our hands, we sow and harvest together, but we felt alone and isolated. Thanks to this joint support we believe we have a ray of light that will guide us out of underdevelopment.

In summary, your support provides education and work to more than 40 families, directly and quickly.

Vivimos al pie de la Cordillera de los Andes a 3000 metros de altura, siendo la lluvia muy frecuente en nuestro sector. For the first time in Ecuador (as far as I know) a support fund is made through lightning . It's great to be able to interconnect two communities that are so different but so human. Lightning has arrived to Píntag Amaru, the history of this community is changing forever thanks to your support. Lightning is the possibility of shortening distances, it is for the communities and common citizens of the world. It is to interconnect us in the network. It is a new form of protest. A revolution that is just beginning.
